What does 1716 mean?
The original iteration of 1716 Digital, a local community of aspiring filmmakers, came about on a small farm a few miles outside the college town of Charlottesville, Virginia.
​
In 2016, a group of impassioned teenagers began to gather at that farm to shoot movies.
The street address of that farm was 1716.
